Boa Vista Vacations from $775

I’ll comment on the pros first. Location is superb, right across a nice park and the Teatro Amazonas. The area gets crowded at night, with people visiting restaurants and the park right across. The cons about the hotel are, mainly, neglect , the room I choose for my first night had view to the park, and it was very large, but air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. Next day I moved to a cheaper room, with walls made out of dark glass, which let the sun come through at early hours, and at night the lights from the hallway won’t let you sleep. I guess those are little nuisances that could easily be fixed. Also the shower in my cheaper room needed attention. The terrace upstairs is nice, filled with flowers and offers a nice view of the teatro. All in all, the hotel is just fine for a couple of days.

Outstanding, in every aspect. The lodge was well maintained, the staff was very friendly, and we saw interesting toucans, monkeys and even a sloth just outside the restaurant. Our guide ( Mr. Shamir Kapoor) was fantastic and the excursions to the monkey island and pink dolphins were awesome.

Great breakfast buffet.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Uiara. Great location, getting there and coming back was taken care by the hotel. Lot of food options and activities were so much fun. Special shoutout to our guide Luis who made the whole exp so wonderful. Our daughter loved the resort too and totally enjoyed it. Other families here at the resort were so nice that the whole time felt like spending time with family and friends.
